Manuscript Submission<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Submitting your manuscript to NEXUS ASIA-PACIFIC implies the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The work described has <strong>not been previously published<\/strong> and is <strong>not under consideration elsewhere<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All co-authors (if any) have <strong>approved its publication<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The responsible authorities at the institution(s) where the work was carried out have given tacit or explicit approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Permissions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to include figures, tables, or text passages published elsewhere, you <strong>must obtain permission<\/strong> from the copyright owner(s) for <strong>both print and online formats<\/strong>. Please provide evidence of this permission with your submission. Title Page (Essential Information)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your title page must contain the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Title:<\/strong> Concise and informative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Author Information:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full name(s) of all author(s).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affiliation(s): institution, (department), city, (state), country.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A clear indication and <strong>active e-mail address of the corresponding author<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If available, the 16-digit <strong>ORCID<\/strong> for each author.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em>Note: If address information is provided with affiliations, it will be published. For unaffiliated authors, only city and country of residence will be captured (unless an email is specifically requested).<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">Large Language Models (LLMs) \/ AI Tools<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) do not meet authorship criteria.<\/strong> Authorship carries accountability that LLMs cannot provide.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Document LLM use:<\/strong> Any generative use of an LLM for content creation should be properly documented in the <strong>Methods section<\/strong> (or an alternative suitable section).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>&#8220;AI-assisted copy editing&#8221;<\/strong> for readability, style, grammar, spelling, punctuation, and tone <strong>does not need to be declared<\/strong>. This refers to AI improvements to human-generated text, not autonomous content creation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Human Accountability:<\/strong> In all cases, <strong>human authors remain accountable<\/strong> for the final version of the text and must agree that edits reflect their original work.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">3. Abstract &amp; Keywords<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Abstract:<\/strong> Provide an abstract of <strong>150 to 250 words<\/strong>. It should not contain undefined abbreviations or unspecified references. (For life science journals only, if applicable): Include trial registration number and date of registration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Keywords:<\/strong> Provide <strong>4 to 6 keywords<\/strong> suitable for indexing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\">4. Statements and Declarations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>These statements must be included under the heading <strong>&#8220;Statements and Declarations&#8221;<\/strong> in your published paper. <strong>Submissions lacking relevant declarations will be returned as incomplete.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Competing Interests:<\/strong> Authors must disclose all financial or non-financial interests directly or indirectly related to the submitted work. Should not contain figures or tables. Use text footnotes numbered consecutively; table footnotes use superscript lowercase letters (or asterisks). Always use footnotes instead of endnotes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Acknowledgments:<\/strong> Place acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc., in a separate section on the title page. Supplementary Information (SI)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>NEXUS ASIA-PACIFIC accepts electronic multimedia files and other supplementary files for online publication.
